These 1/2 oz Theraputic Grade Essential Oils are steam distilled from the plant itself.  Flowers or leaves are used in the distillation process.  Use these essential oils are intended for topical use or in a diffuser for aromatherapy.  As with any essential oil, dilute with a carrier oil before skin contact to avoid skin irritation.
